Tomato Basil Soup

Serves: 2

5 medium tomatoes, chopped
1/4 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, loosely packed
1/4 tsp dried thyme
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups plant-based milk


Add all ingredients to the SouperBlast Pitcher and extract on the 7-Minute Heated Cycle.

Taste Note: Tastes AWESOME and very filling.

  1. I prepared this 4 times so far, I have mixed feeling towards this. All the time it tasted awesome, there is no question about it, 2 times I felt very heavy and could not finish it.
  2. Finally figured out why it was so heavy, original recipe called for 1/2 cup of cashews, reduced it to 1/4 cup and its perfect now.
  3. The picture has garlic, I prepared it without garlic and didn't feel any difference with the taste.
